Just a quick update for you all, first of all thats so much for all your help. Secondly we will not be able to live at our house anymore, we've been told that it will take 6 months to fix and so we are now forced to find somewhere else, although university accommodation is looking very good right now as i am not a big fan of estate agent waffle. Thank you all
