Which card to apply for next?

I'm thinking about getting another 0% card to transfer a balance for another year or so, but just not sure which one to apply for next..
I currently have (for my sins..;)):
- RBS: £2500 @ 12% (this is the one I'd like to transfer)
- Nationwide: £2500 @ 0% to July 2009
- Halifax: £4500 @ 6% for life and £3500 @ 8% for life
I've also had a few other cards in the past which are closed now, would it be safe to reapply for any of these now?
- Virgin card - closed Jul 09
- Egg and Barclaycard closed Feb 09
- M&S card - closed Feb 08.
I'm guessing maybe Abbey or the Post Office card would be best?

Any reason you wouldn't go back to Virgin for another card? They're currently top of the 0% BT offers."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0

Would love to, but I wasn't sure they'd have me back after only 5 months? Anyone reapplied for a card after this sort of time and been successful?
I applied for the Abbey card today, so we'll see what comes of that. Not in any rush to get it thankfully... I hear they like to take their time
