    Excuse me dont like your attitude, i usually do a short term tenancy of 6 months but the new tenants asked for an initial 3 months which i agreed to.

    I do live by the rules and no need for this attitude at all , i am only asking for help about the meter:mad:

    Which rules allow you to create a tenancy agreement for an initail period of just 3 months? :confused:

    I suggest you seek independant leagal advice on letting your property before some professional tenants really take you to the cleaners.

    Wont need to, will be selling , let through agents before and had really bad experience so had enough now,
