Nerds Fighting The System!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Absolute quality!

Phoned Capital One to reduce my credit limit. The bloke at the other end said "sorry Mr SS but we can only do that when your account comes into review which is every 3 months or so and it happens automatically!"

I said, "but I've done it a few times recently" and got the reply "erm, yes it's new procedure. It can only be done when your account is reviewed"!

Now at this point I was gonna kick-off with the poor bloke. No-one is gonna force me to have a higher limit than I want.

I said to him "you did hear me say I want to REDUCE my limit not INCREASE it didn't you?"

Long pause.

Longer than this.

Even longer than this.

About now he pipes up with a small chuckle, "sorry Mr SS I thought you wanted to INCREASE your limit. Let me just check whether you can reduce it!"

He didn't even know it was possible to reduce the limit! :rotfl:

Hasn't he heard about the DFW Nerds? :rotfl:

Nerds Rule!
