Hi
I sorting through a raft of PPI claims I'm going to make, and it seems that I have at least 2 against my current bank (First Direct). Is it a good idea to go after my current bank (when I dont really want to have the faff of changing bank)?
Any guidance would be most welcome
cheers

Hi there and welcome.
Go for it, there are many who have reclaimed from their own banks and they should not discriminate you from something you were mis sold for, its your money and you been out of pocket due to this so give it a go, its your money afterall.
Link here to guidelines of reclaiming, with template letters and so on, they have 8 weeks in full to respond, and post by recorded delivery for your proof of posting.
Ask for help anytime, good luck and please keep us posted.;)
