How long to virgin balance transfers take?

Last Wednesday I used online banking with Virgin to balance transfer 2 credit cards. By Saturday the transactions had been confirmed and i now have an account balance on my virgin account of the balances transferred plus the fees. However, the money has not reached either of the cards i am paying off yet. Is it normal for it to take this long?

Its ok now, despite it not showing up on either of my accounts online about an hour ago, i just went back onto one of the accounts because i forgot to look at my latest statement and saw that the payment is now showing up, just checked my other account and the same thing has happend also. So in case anyone else was wondering, and to answer my own question, it takes about 7 days for a virgin balance transfer to go through.
