Good news
Just to say, though, that if you buy a car on finance through a dealer whether they arrange HP (in which case the lender owns the car) or via a loan of at least £100 (in which case you own it), the lender is jointly and severally liable with the dealer.
This means you can ask the lender to put things right and if they don't you can take them to the Financial Ombudsman Service who can make a legally binding award of up to £100,000
Even Clarkson is likely to be impressed with a motor costing that much!0
