Hi can anyone tell me if I claim mis sold insurance and I cancel the policy the policy says I have to take out a new unsecured loan is this correct?

Apologies to robbebofmymoney if i have done this wrong, even doing this baffels me Walrus 1

    i believe the guidlines now state that a new loan agreement fo rthe remainder of the term needs to be put in place, however, this loan has to be either the same or lower interest rate as the previous loan.

    and interest payments calculated as if you never had the PPI in the first place.
