just before xmas i got some diesel from a shell garage
and some bits and pieces from the shop -
when i got home and checked the receipt i found that
i had been charged £10 for a newspaper , so i phoned the
shell helpline and spoke to someone who took all my details down
then a couple of days later the garage phoned and said they would send a cheque
last week the helpline guy phoned to see if it was all sorted out , the cheque hadn't arrived , but i'll give him his due , he chased the garage up and today i received the cash
it's good to see that a large corporation can give great customer service for something that in the grand scheme of things is triivial ..:T:T:T:T
