ASDA were great

Last week I bought a slow cooker from ASDA in the sale and its been brilliant, I recommended it to a friend and they asked me to pick one up for them so I said yeah for sure.
The long and short of it is that I could not get one for a few days due to the snow, but Monday morning I got up at 6am and called ASDA and asked if they had one in, it was the last one. I asked if they would put it to one side and I wold call infor it on my way to work that was at 7.30am. I went to customer services and there it was, all ready to go, brilliant...!

Customer service in some places is great,however not if you want cakes at Morrisons.......:j
