My 2 yr old laptop seems to be turning its fan on a lot.
Should i be worried?
Is it a sign it's heating up too much?
Any suggestions.

It's probably got fluff inside it, which does make it heat up faster hence the fan comes on more. If your fan has a removable grille then unscrew it (laptop off and unplugged, obviously) and use either a vacuum cleaner on low or a can of compressed air to dislodge the fluff and try to get it out. You can also do it without taking off the grille but it probably won't be as effective.0

dont use a vacuum cleaner.. your could suck something off the board.. use a cam of compressed air or remove the fan completely and then use a vacuum.0
