Help needed, confused

I am a lone parent looking to return to work part time. Ive checked online both the entitled.com website and the benefits advisor on direct.gov. They both give different amounts on what I would be entitled to in tax credits for 16 hours a week, minimum wage. Does anyone know which one would be more accurate? Very confused, lol
Any help much appreciated.

Sorry I can't help, someone better qualified will be along soon. I do know, though, that the JC can do a calculation to see if you are better off in work. They will also be able to advise if you can claim any expenses to help you into work (clothing, transport to interviews, etc), and if there is any benefit 'roll on' (not sure of the exact name, but it's when you continue to get beneffits for a couple of weeks after starting work)0
