disability premium can i get it

I am a bit confused I get Disability living allowance at the lower rate and I also get Incapacity basic rate with age addition, can I get disability premium as well or is that already included. Thanks in advance

No you cannot get the disability premium because your IB is higher than your applicable amount.

for Housing and Council Tax benefit purposes the Disability Premium will be awarded where the claimant is under 60 years of age and is in receipt of one or more of the following benefits:

• DLA (any component)
• Disability element or severe disability element of WTC
• Mobility supplement
• IB(LT)
• SDA

DLA and IB are the only things I have I don't claim housing or council tax
