Any experience of 'The Little House Company'?

Hi there, my mum owns a house with my aunt. They want to put it on the market now. My aunt wants to go with 'The Little House Company' but my mum would prefer to use an estate agent. Does anyone have any experience of 'The Little House Company'? Is it a false economy?
Thanks!
Thanks!

They will get very limited exposure to potential buyers. If they are lucky they might find a buyer and save the EA fees, or the property might sit on the market for months.
If they are not bothered how long it takes, why not try it for a couple of months and then move to an EA?0 -
I've been looking at their site and wondering about using them as we are planning on putting our house up for sale fairly soon.
They do offer a service where you get listed on Rightmove through an online Estate Agent

It would save so much money (if it works!) that it is very tempting. But I would like to hear about success stories...0 -
We used these guys about 3 years ago and they were fab:

The house sold within a week of going on the market.
I honestly can't believe High Street estate agents are still in business - surely most people house hunt on the internet these days anyway?0 -

So you think that merely advertising a property is the only thing an EA does?
And you think that because an agent is on 'The High Street' that they don't have an internet presence at all?0 -
On the basis that I've never heard of them, while looking for houses for 2 years, they can't be that great at getting attention for people's properties...0

I tried them a couple of years ago. Property was on Rightmove through them. In a month I got one email asking for a viewing, who didn't ever respond once I replied. Once I signed up with a "proper" estate agent I got something like six viewings in the first weekend.0

I am looking at The Little House Company to sell my house I sold with them 18months ago. They now offer private sales and agents service which is confusing as i thought they were all about private sales?0
