Has anybody had any problems with thedoghouse.co.uk?

They're a sister company of boystuff.co.uk (dream internet ltd are the parent company) so I'm sure their not fly-by-night?

Anyway my wife ordered a christmas present on the 21st from them, received a phone call from one of their operators the day after saying the payment wouldn't process, after giving them the right address the payment went through, the moneys left my bank acc, the operator promised delivery between 9am and 6pm on the 23rd.

Obviously we're still waiting! We've sent a couple of polite 'where's my stuff' emails with no reply and for some reason we can't access the 'my account' section of their website?

Any ideas?

This is one of several "I ordered stuff before christmas and it hasn't arrived "posts.At christmas retailers dont always get their stock levels right and make promises they can't keep.
Did you pay by credit card.

Unfortunately not, it was a debit card, I'll do some more digging and try to find a phone number

Their address is the same across their site, companies house and whois so nothing odd there, looks legit, not in liquidation either.

pmduk has provided the only number i found, if you have no luck with the number begin to write to the address listed on the site.
