help with security settings

in Techie Stuff
hi all i need to download winzip or something similar but when i go to do this i get a message saying that my current security settings wont allow it to download. i have turned off my firewall and windows live one care but it still wont allow it through, has anyone got any ideas what to do or check to enable me to download this programme?

well prob i have and what im trying to do is ive got a satio mobile and to download some games they are in rar or jar files and it says to open these files to put to comp then to phone u need the winrar/zip or something similar to do this?always send a smile as it costs nothing..

7-zip opens rar
Take a screenshot by pressing the button called Print Screen on your keyboard. It's next to F12
Open up Microsoft Paint - then go edit paste - save the picture to a site like tinypic.com and paste the picture here or give us the link.Owner of andrewhope.co.uk, hate cars and love them
