I have an Egg card and the APR is 21%. As per this site, I have called and asked if they'd lower this rate. No go.
What would be my next step? I don't have the ability to transfer this else where at the moment so that is not an option.

If you're not able to transfer elsewhere and you've asked nicely and they refuse then you're pretty much out of options - apart from repaying the card in full I suppose to avoid the cost of the 21% interest.
