Premium Bonds Cashing In

I cashed in some of my Premium Bonds today by sending them off along with the cashing in form.

Could someone tell me how long they take to go into a bank account please. It says up to 8 working days on the form but just wondered if anyone had already cashed them in and if its sooner then this.

I sent the form of in the middle of the month to be paid after the next draw.

Money in the account on the 3rd.

I ticked the box that said i didn't want to be entered into the next draw. It says within 8 working days paid into bank account but was hoping it would be sooner.

It may well be sooner. The 8 working days are to cover themselves in case there's a hitch in the system. I've never waited as long as that.

Yes thats what i thought. Was hoping for end of the week/beginning of next week.

Don't know where you live but don't forget the weather means it may also be reliant on the postbox being emptied
