I've just had a text inviting me to text 'REWARD' to a number to get a free £1 credit as a 'loyal customer'. So I waste my time typing it in just to get another text saying 'Sorry you're not eligible for this offer'.

So, if you know I'm not eligible just from my number, why send that number the goddamn offer in the first place!:mad::mad::mad:

Just done a search for the number and it points directly to vodafones eforum, where they say it's a genuine offer, although it's no the number they normally use for their text promotions.

I've just had another text apologising for the incorrect error message and i'll get the credit after all...

They will text me on the 2nd of Feb to let me know when...facepalm.jpg
