Online selling advice needed

Hi folks,
Just a bit of advice needed really. I want to sell some things online and donate about 25% of the profit to a cancer charity (local one). What do I need to have in place before I can do this? Are there special rules for taking money from people for a product and then donating the 25% to charity?

Thanks in advance

No, you can donate money to whoever you want and its up to the person buying to decide whether they trust you to pass the money on or not. It would help if you stated the amount to be donated and the charity name and registered number.

  • ebay does this. You can list the product and pick them as a recipient of a % (if they are listed on Missionfish. if not, it's free so drop the charity a line and get them to do it)
