My credit rating :)

Well my credit rating has been quite low for some time (electoral roll who needs it
) and I finally had my electoral roll updated to my credit report and thought I'd see how my credit score was looking... well... it's still rubbish! So I called Experian and asked them to walk me through it all
The good news is that I have NO bad credit history on my report, the reason as far as they can tell is due to too many credit searches in 6 months. Thankfully most of these will drop off in the next 2 months as they were connected to me looking for a new bank when Lloyds messed be about at the beginning of the year.
This means that hopefully in 2 months time when all the credit searches drop off I SHOULD have a near perfect credit score :j So hopefully I'll be able to get another 0% apr card and maybe move some of my loan on to that and therefor in effect paying off even more of my debts quicker
I know this is a tiny little step and that credit ratings are not really the end all and be all but to me it's an indicator of how much more organised I'm getting with my finances
