Good Morning,
We have just had our offer accepted on our first property and I am after some guidence as to what to do next. I have looked on the internet, but there are so many conflicting stories.
We have secured our mortgage with Halifax, so my first stop is to inform them on the property, cost etc and from then on I'm not sure where to go?????? Any advice would be great.
Thanks
Joanne :rotfl::j

Get a solicitor. Find a local one recommended. Ask people who've moved house fairly recently for recommendations.
Ring a load up and get quotes. Make notes on how efficient they are at this simple task.0 -
