All,
we have seen a house we like and would like to put an offer on it shortly, i'm wondering what is the best tactical way to negotiate
1. try to get below the asking price
2. try to get the stamp duty paid
3. try both and see what happens e.g 10k off asking and stamp duty paid as well,
background on the house
the house has been on the market for nearly 2 years, they have reduced a lot over the last 2 years (70k)
your advise would be great
