plasterer and roofer needed in central Scotland

Hi All hopefully this is in the right place
I hope someone can help with some info here. I live in an upper floor flar ( 2 storeys) and last year I had water leaking into my 2 bedrroms along where our building adjoins another. We got a roofer out to look and he quoted £1800 to repair the lead flashing along where the 2 buildings join. WE said fine, go ahead and we would sort out the payment
There is some dispute regarding who pays for what despite our deeds stating that communal roof repairs should be divided amongst all the tenants but that was having no effect on the payment as I am more than happy to get the roof repaired and then try and get the cash back..or not as the case may be.. from the neighbours.
Despite accepting the quote and agreeing with the roofer that he should carry out the repairs he keeps fobbing me off telling me various excuses, i.e it is too wet, the scaffolding is in use etc but then promising that he will get it done.
I feel that I have now had another winter pass and no repairs again. There has been no more leakage since the original loeaks which happened after a bad storm and another roofer said that it was just how the wind was blowing that caused the original leak
I think I should cut my losses now and look for another roofer and now because of the bad weather all the rendering on the side of the outside stairs has cracked and is breaking off, so I giuss I need a plasterer now also
Does anyone have any idea of any good builders/roofers in the central Scotland area that would be willing to undertake this kind of work?
