Bathroom questions

Planning a new bathroom and just got some probably stupid questions :o

1) Current set up has a bath with the plug hole at the right hand end if you standing face on looking at the bath. The pipe runs along the back of the sink and down behind the toilet.

The bath we like has a central plug hole. Would it cause problems extending the pipe to the new plug hole location?

This is the new bath:

2) Ditto regarding taps!

3) Looking to buy this towel rail:

It would need to be fitted before tiling as the floorboards will have to come up to alter the pipework.
However the radiator needs to be floor mounted on the tiles.
What's the best way of doing that?

Still busy deciding on taps, sink, toilet and tiles!
Here I go again on my own....

    No question is ever stupid.

No it shouldn't - there is always a way around most things.
    2) Ditto regarding taps!
    Ditto answer.

Floorboards up, rerun pipework, hang radiator, test pipework, drain radiator, remove radiator, tile walls and floor, refit radiator.

    Cheers
