RBOS Royalties account

Hello everyone
Having only recently found the light and started to sort through our debt and finances we have realised that my OH has been paying £6 per month for this account accuring a massive £72 per year he has had this account for approx 8 years would he be able to claim back these charges we would be interested to hear from anyone else who has tried or advise on how to go about it :mad: :mad: :mad:

    Having had a quick look at the RBS website, I would say no you can't reclaim these charges as these charges are the subscription fee for the account. If your OH is not using any of the benefits of this account I would suggest that the down grade it to a standard current account. Alternatively you could look for an account that provides similar benefits for free.
