Credit searches and number of missed payments ????

I settled all my cards in November and am now seeing each one reported on experian as settled with £0 outstanding. However I had 10 missed payments when I started and now I'm down to 3 ? Is there any explanation for this ? Or do missed payments just relate to live accounts ?

Thanks

Ian

Missed payments are still reported on settled accounts.

The Experian statistic only reports missed payments in the last 12 months but the info box next to it will confirm they're actually visible for "at least 36 months" - although arguably the older they are the less significant they are from a scoring point of view.
