ppi wont pay up/or pay ppi back

HI i have had a ppi on my van finance iam self employed, asked for it back as only covered for sickness was sick feb to march 09 company wouldnt pay out as i wasnt on deaths door is this ppi claim-able back as they have told me no un to clear off company is gmac (vauxhall) plesae help.

So sorry to hear this.
I take it you requested for a refund with a letter?

And have 8 weeks in full to respond, keep at them until they issue you with the final response, if they still don't pay out then take it to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS)
