my tool bar is up the side of my screen-how do i move it back to the bottom?

my lovely 23 month old daughter has moved my windows toolbar vertically up the side of my screen and it is driving me crazy!!!!
do any of you kind people know how to move it back down to the bottom?
any help greatly appreciated

well that was ruined by lending ex oh £2450 to move out!!!!!! now estimate 21st march 2006hoping to be debt free by end of feb 2006 - fingers crossed !!

Move the mouse over it, hold down the left hand mouse button and drag the tool bar back to the bottom of the screen.I no longer work in Council Tax Recovery but instead work as a specialist Council Tax paralegal assisting landlords and Council Tax payers with council tax disputes and valuation tribunals. My views are my own reading of the law and you should always check with the local authority in question.0

You should just be able to drag it down to the bottom (it will show the outline of the toolbar when you are dragging it).
If the toolbar is locked (which is unlikely) you might need to right-click on the toolbar and deselect Lock the Taskbar.0 -
