ugg boots from Australia

Hi Guys
Has any one had ugg boots from Australia.My daughter bought a pr from uggboots for all in Australia on December 18th payed by debit card and has not recieved them yet .She has tried to contact them on several occasions but they will not reply. Last night i emailed them just to ask a question of how long delivery would take to here in the uk they repied to me within two hours .I have emailed them back telling them the situation but again as yet have not replied to my email . They were payed for with a debit card ,i dont relly know how the law stands with a debit card payment on the net .Has anybody any advise please .
