Purchased a jacket thats now broken!

Where do I stand? I purchased a sheep skin leather jacket from a company that makes them for the TV. I paid £125 for it in September 09. Only just got around to wearing it due to recent cold weather. The stitching has come undone which I could live with but the zip is busted. Woudl I be in my rights to get my money back? Having a new zip fitted will be of no use if they use the same one as its faulty.

You've had it 3-4 months so you'd be very fortunate to get refund...a replacement or a repair is more likely. Just because one zip fails doesn't mean they are all going to be faulty.

I'm just glad my TV doesn't need a jacket...even in the recent cold weather!

You gotta love the shopping channels, £125 for a sheepskin jacket......there only about £40 for the best ones in the sheepskin shop locally where they are actually made lol. Nice little mark up

As perhaps *Vikki* has now found out... and would now like a refund due to 'faulty' goods perhaps?

Oh no it wasnt purchased on tv, I bought it from a small shop, near bluewater. They made Dr who's jacket and others. I thought it was a good price? As told most cost £250 from friends/family.
