Thanks to you all for your help.
I rang them this morning and told them about the letter and what had been said on here and they agreed they couldn't enforce this 3 day demand! It just makes my blood boil that they send them and cause myself and no doubt other people undue worry!
I'm going to start to pay a bit more off each month to clear it then its one less to worry about - but I am shocked that such a big company being Viking which is linked to Santander/GE Money - would use such under hand tactics!!0
