1. The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Wm Morrison Supermarkets plc and their associates.
2. All entries must be received by midnight on 31st January 2010.
3. Only one entry per person. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
4. No responsibility is accepted for submissions that fail to be delivered. The Promoter is not liable for any entries that are lost, delayed or damaged, or any technical problems on the website preventing entry.
5. Proof of submission is not proof of entry.
6. Winners will be selected at random from the valid entries received. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control Morrisons reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize winners will receive their preferred prize from one of the following:
   (i) Three nights half board accommodation in an Ambassador room at Thoresby Hall, Ollerton, Nottinghamsire. This includes two spa experience sessions; one mud bath bathing treatment; manicure or pedicure. Up to the value of £650. Subject to availability.
   (ii) Two adult bikes; two children’s bikes; four safety helmets. Up to the value of £800. Includes delivery within UK.
   (iii) One year’s gym membership at a fitness club of your choice. Up to the value of £650.
8. There is no cash alternative and the prize will only be given to the official winners. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize should the advertised prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
9. Prize winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. A redraw will take place if prizes have not been claimed within 30 days.
10. The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this promotion.
11. All entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
12. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted & be bound by the rules & consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion & any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
13. Winner’s name and county will be available by sending an SAE to Morrison’s Pharmacy competition, Hillmore House, Gain Lane, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD3 7DL
