Partial refund from MBNA

I've just had a partial offer from MBNA over the late and overlimit charges on a CC dating back to 2004.

I'm looking for a template saying thanks but I want the rest as well.

Can anyone help? I have seem them on this forum, but couldn't seem to find one.

I wrote what you've already said above. Thanks, I accept as part payment without prejudice but I continue with my claim and want the full amount.

You can always take the bulk from the first letter to reinforce your claim. Go for the full amount. It's definitely worth it. ;)
