Private sale of Alcohol ?

Is there such a thing ?

Clearing out for a car boot sale ... have come across some collectable items with alcoholic minatures, such as a tin, tin with glasses, tin with playing cards, box with glass and beer mats. All of them have an alcholic product such as a minature Jack Daniels.

Could these be sold at a car boot sale etc, even ebay, or is it illegal ?

Thanks in advance for any ideas !

The car boot I sometimes go to has a no alcohol policy, but I don't know if that is because it is illegal to sell alcohol without a license, or just because the owners prefer not to see alcohol being sold.

Long and short of it that you can't sell them at either of these places legally. Most of it is down to the fact you dont pay tax duty on it if you ask me.
