...as poor as it gets?
I signed up with BT about a month ago to have the BT line at my property reactivated. Once the line was on, I placed an order online for Total Broadband and Vision.
Everything seems to be going smoothly so far, the activation date is tomorrow and my shiney new router is sat at the post office ready for me to collect tomorrow (possibly with the Vision box, I'm not sure whether they're sent out together?)
My gripe, however, is the attrocious website!! :mad::mad:
It took me 4 attempts to get the order for BB and Vision placed, as the site kept dying on me and, since then I've only managed to log on to my online account once - as every other attempt has been met with an error message about maintainence!! :mad::mad:
Come on BT, get it sorted, surely it can't take you nearly 3 weeks to fix whatever you broke??
