Hiring box at theatre

Options
Hi,
Does anyone have any idea how much it costs for a box at the theatre. My Mum would love this for her 60th Birthday but I am guessing it is going to be very expensive!!

Thanks

It depends on the theatre! At my local theatre tickets in boxes are allocated as normal, there is no premium on them. At my local area box tickets tend to be approx twice the price of a normal ticket, and if you wanted the box to yourself you would have to buy all the tickets for that box. You really need to ring the theatre in question.
    Gone ... or have I?
  • I have done this for my mum in the past and found that the cost of 4 of us in a box was not significantly any different to seats in the dress circle. Depending on the theatre you do need to be a little careful where the box is as in some they are on the side and you spend the evening with a crick in your neck and others are at the back of the stalls with a fantastic view.

What are you hoping to see????
