Intelligent Finance card - customer service rubbish

Just a quick warning to anyone applying for the Intelligent Finance card. Customer service is like NTL - hell on earth.
I've called six different numbers this morning to find out one simple query and I'm still none the wiser.
IF - if your reading these forums get your act sorted out. None of your departments appear to be connected and your database is a complete mess. Get it sorted.

have to say never had a problem with IF customer services
they were really helpful last year when my card was being used fraudulately0 -
