I would email them if bought online and ask them why it did not come in one, i have always recieve one with all the Radley items i have purchased.

I too have always had a pink cloth dust bag come with my Radley bags. You should ask, you want to look after your bag.

I bought a large-ish hand bag from the john lewis thing posted a week or so back and it did indeed have a pink bag with it - but the hand bag doesn't bloody well fit in it! It's just about the same size as the hand bag. useless.

Not sure if this will apply to you or not, but I bought a Radley bag last week and thought the same as you - I hadn't got the pink storage bag.

But the pink bag was actually folded up and in the inside pocket which was zipped up.

I'm not sure if yours is the same but if you haven't checked it is worth having a look.

I thought it was a bit strange as surely the point of having the cloth bag was to keep the leather bag in to keep it good - not the other way round!!!

Just an update. I phoned Radley this morning, and they are no longer providing dust bags for Pocket Bags, apart from the Tote size one. This is because they are looking into alternatives for the cotton bag for environmental reasons, as several suppliers returned them saying the customers didn't want them. Batches of them have been sent out without dust bags.The very nice person I spoke to said he would see if he could find one for me.
