Center Parcs spa breaks - any good?

Has anyone done an overnight or 2 night spa break? Are they worth it?

We've been to the spa while at Center Parcs and I'm not sure I'd recommend it.

I was thoroughly spoiled when work took us all to Pennyhill Park (5* hotel and top-rated spa). In comparison, the spa at Center Parcs is very crowded and noisy. Spas are meant to be quiet, and there are signs up around the Center Parcs ones telling people to be quiet but they get ignored. It was full of people in groups nattering which defeats the purpose really.

I think they let too many people in to each spa slot during the day, and the staff should do more to get people to shush.

Some of the spa rooms at Center Parcs were ok though - people were quieter inside the steam rooms, tepidarium etc.
