Jaeger Credit Note

Christmas 2008 my daughter brought me a blouse from Jeager wich had been reduced, the same week i brought it, so daughter took hers back and got a credit note so that was my presant.I didnt know there was an expiry date on it. So 30th December 2009 thought i better go in and see if there was anything i could afford only to be told it was 6 days out of date,and there is nothing they can do it was for £97 and this is a lot of money to me. Ant ideas

    Were you snowed in during those six days, preventing you from using the creidt note before it expired? As many people were snowed in during this period, some stores may be open to a little leeway.
