Anybody else having their phone bill showing phone calls made to 08451550055 ?

This has only started since I moved to Sky Talk and on my itemised bill only shows this number as Telewest Ltd. On the site "who calls me" it is listed as a suspicious number but no more details given.

We are adamant that no one in our house (just me and my partner) have dialled that number but before I go kicking off to Sky anybody any suggestions what it could be ?

Thanks for your time

Why not ring that number and see who you get?

Do the times of the calls tie in with when you would be coming and going from your house?? My parents has a similar thing years ago with BT. They had one of those posh burglar alarms linked to a monitoring centre, and each time they set or unset the alarm it would send a signal down the line to record the alarms set or unset status. But the exchange were recording it as a call. I think the problem was the communicator thing at our end (called the digibox but NOTHING to do with digital tv!) rather than the exchange itself. Dont know how this was resolved, maybe the alarm man came out and changed the digibox i seem to remember. Worth looking at the times of the calls to see if you can tie it in with anything.

No burglar alarm in the house so can't be that.

I'll phone the number from work tomorrow and see who answers
