Sofa from Littlewoods

Hi, just looking for some advice really.
We ordered a sofa from Littlewoods on October 7th last year....it arrived 10 days or so later. Just before we went off to Vegas in November, one of the bottom (fixed) cushions sunk badly..and no, we're not a pair of heffers!!
We tried several times over the Xmas period to speak to someone about this, being unsuccessful until the 3rd or 4th of Jan when we eventually spoke to someone.
An assessor came today and said that it could be fixed. He asked the usual questions, i.e. Any pets (NO), any children (NO), just the 2 of us & we both work shifts..also we were in the USA for 2 weeks and the assessor stated that it has not had much use...(he also appeared to have a sneaky look around the house to see what type of people we are!!!!!).
So, we really do not want the sofa, they say it can be fixed. Where do we stand? We are not due to pay for it until September 2010.
Many thanks
We do not want this repaired or swapped as the cushion lasted only 3 or 4 weeks before sinking. We would like to order a new sofa with loose cushions this time (lesson learned
