Next Account not showing up with CRA's

:confused:Hi

Hope this is the right place to post, I opened up a Next Directory account about 8 months ago which I use regularly .

And recently received my Equifax, Experian and Call Credit reports and my account is not even showing.

Can anyone offer explanation for this and as I am trying to build my credit history can I approach anyone to put this on (is that a stupid question)

Many Thanks:confused:

Provided the details you provided Next match the details of the rest of your accounts there's no reason why it isn't appearing. You should be able to contact Experian - it's possible that they've got the details filed incorrectly (sometimes happens in blocks of flats where the flat number can be represented in a few different ways).

  • Hi

On Experian website it says that some companies do not always report to Experian unless there has been late payments etc etc

If this is true is there anyway around this (apart from doing something adverse!!) ie will contacting Next ..

    Thanks..

Next definitely do report to Experian becuase they are on my report. Maybe make sure all your details are correct with Next and Experian as said above
