Pc world / DHL not delivering laptop

we live in London but the snow has not been that severe that it can delay deliveries for the length of time is has taken so far. In fact we have seen many DHL vehicles driving around our area and I don't believe it could be the weather that is the main reason for this delay. It just seems all too strange.
Since the time you ordered your laptop I've had lots of deliveries for various things including stuff delivered by DHL.
The snow has only delayed my deliveries by a maximum of 3 days.
I suspect that PC World doesn't have the laptop in stock and it's on the way from somewhere aboard.
Do as suggested by others on this thread. If you have to write to them make sure you send your letter by recorded delivery in case the dispute gets bigger and you need proof you sent them the letter. PC World for other reports seem difficult to deal with.I'm not cynical I'm realistic
