Arriva Bus ticket LOST IN POST

Hello - I was wondering where I stand... I purchased a monthly ticket online from Arriva and had an email to say it had been sent out first class Royal Mail. It was due to start today and I have not received it. Arriva say they cannot do anything until Royal Mail send it back to them! I am now having to pay daily for the bus journey. Can anyone advise me of my rights please? V.
