Should I accept part refund of cc charges

Hi, I wrote to Capital One in November, asking them to refund me charges of £384 (without interest) going back a few years. They have just written back offering £109.67 which basically means they have reduced each late payment fee to £12 plus interest . Should I just run with this and accept their offer or push for the full amount?
Any advice appreciated! Thanks.

It's your claim and your money so obviously it's your decision.
Personally speaking I would carry on for the full amount.
If you would like any help with your claim please feel free to post up any questions you may have. But if you do intend to continue could you please post up a copy of the letter you sent them asking for a refund of your charges ( personal details removed of course ). That way we can best advice you of the next steps.
I am normally based on the Consumer website ( www.legalbeagles.info). Feel free to have a look at that website where you can see details of my own claim against Capital One togetehr with those of many other successful Capital One and other credit card company charge reclaims.

I was offered the difference but held on for the full amount. Believe me, it's worth it.
If they have already sent the cheque, say you accept as partial payment, without prejudice but you want the rest/continue with your claim.0
