LloydsTSB and FOS Decision - Advice Needed Plse

I have recently come to an agreement facilitated by a FOS Adjudicator over compensation from LloydsTSB for £180 for continued (3 times)blocking of my credit cards despite promises not to do so (and leaving me stranded without means of payment etc) after failing to transfer over direct debit instructions despite verbal and written promises to do so. They also failed to reply to any of my complaint letters. The FOS Adjudicator has asked LloydsTSB to contact me directly with regard to final settlement. However, 4 weeks after being told this I still await to hear from Lloyds (no surprise based on previous history) and the FOS said I should contact themselves if Lloyds did not reply after 4 weeks or I was having problems with settlement. My issue is; is this agreement enforceable if necessary and is it up to me to take further action to get this compensation or the FOS? Lloyds have continually stalled throughout the process and I suppose had hoped I would just "go away" due to becoming fed up. This has now been ongoing since May 2009 and I have really had enough! I would appreciate any advice or words of wisdom. This is my first post so please be gentle!

The bank will comply with the settlement terms of the FOS as that is what you want.
If the FOS gave the bank 4 weeks to contact you and they haven't, just go back to the FOS as they have instructed you to do."Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
Thanks for this! I just don't want to have to do the chasing with Lloyds anymore and am fed up of the whole episode!0

Would I end up having to pursue the matter or would enforcement be handled by the FOS? Is this sort of delaying a frequent occurrance with FOS cases or is it just a Lloyds thing?0
