Capital One Court Claim HELP NEEDED!!!!!

In November i put a claim into Capital One for my PPI. I have had so much trouble with this company it has caused me so much stress.

Any way the claim was finally accepted and Rachel Howie agreed to pay the full amount.

However they did the BACS payment in a very strange way my claim was for £202.00 they did a debit of £175.00 in which i only recieved 1 and a £27.45 of which they took off my balance but not put into my bank account.
They have also added £175.00 on to my credit card so i now have this to pay.
I am running now in circles now Rachel Howie has left due to her driving ban.
Where should i go from here does any one have any contact information.

A small break down.
Total claim. £202.45

They credited my capital on card with £175.00 then debited this to my bank account.
then then added a seconf £175.00 to my capital one card but failed to debit this.
They then added the £27.45 to my capital one card as a credit but this never debited to my bank account.

I am now £202.45 out of pocket!!!

ANY HELP APPRECIATED!!!!!

I hate Capital One so much!!!!!!

    Hi Sazzle,

It is true that Rachel Howey has now left Capital One, however it is not correct to connect this with any alledged driving ban or for any other reasons whatsover.

There are a couple of people who might be able to assist you is resolving your claim at Capital One.
Best person to start with would be Wendy Starr ( Tel 0115-843-3013 ), she is due back in the office tomorrow ( Tuesday ).

Try giving her a call, explain the situation and the strange payments etc and I am sure she will be able to sort things out for you.

Let us know how you get on.
