HomeServe vs British Gas cover
I have Home Serve cover for my gas central heating. So far called once and they came on a weekend.
I also have cover for drainage + electricity from British Gas. But they won't come on weekends!
Now it is very difficult for me to arrange any repair on weekdays.
Does anyone know whether HomeServe can always arrange for repairs on weekends - if required?

I called up Home Serve and they said they can arrange repairs on weekends too.

Whats best to do is call them on a Tuesday and request a Sat or Sun appointment and see what they say, then you can cancel the appt if they book one. Most companies including BG will only do urgent repairs at the weekend.0
